Recently, we were contacted by a customer in the refinery industry that was seeking a rental vacuum dehydrator to remove water from a 100-gallon reservoir. It was clear that time was of the essence. Upon this request, our team was able to quickly prepare and mobilize a 10 GPM dehydrator that included a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). VFD’s enable users to adjust motor speed, thereby adjusting the rate of flow for specific applications.
While our team worked to mobilize the 10 GPM dehydrator, the same customer requested an additional vacuum dehydrator that would operate at 20 GPM. The 20 GPM dehydrator was required for a larger, 500-gallon reservoir. Without hesitation, we set our team into motion to prepare and deliver both dehydrators. Thanks to our well-coordinated logistics team and the efficiency of our operations, we were able to ship and deliver both units to the customer by the following morning!
