Inside Sales / Customer Service

We are looking for a dependable Inside Sales / Customer Service team member to support customer communication, sales activity, and day-to-day account needs in a young, fast-paced company. This position is responsible for a broad range of inside sales and customer service functions and is a good opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities include speaking with customers by phone and email, communicating with vendors, preparing and sending quotations and invoices, and helping troubleshoot customer applications.

Preferred skills include familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in general customer service or sales is preferred but not required.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable communicating with customers and vendors, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and interested in developing skills in customer service, inside sales, and industrial applications.

Production Technician 

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Technician to support our manufacturing operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building and fabricating products, solving problems, working with tools and equipment, and taking pride in producing high-quality work.

As a Production Technician, you will learn and become proficient in our manufacturing processes, policies, and procedures while working with drawings, assembly instructions, parts lists, tools, equipment, and materials. Responsibilities include gathering and preparing parts and materials, assembling products accurately and efficiently, using measuring devices and working with fractions and decimals, inspecting completed components, verifying specifications, and identifying and communicating production or assembly issues.

The position also involves operating hand tools, light manufacturing equipment, and, when required, a forklift; performing fabrication work on equipment and components; packaging finished products for shipment; monitoring inventory levels; completing production documentation; and contributing ideas and effort toward improving production processes.

Production Technicians are also expected to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment by keeping equipment clean and operational, performing basic preventive maintenance, following established safety procedures, maintaining an organized work area, returning tools and materials to their proper locations, and participating in monthly shop shutdowns and detailed cleaning.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, attentive to detail, comfortable working with tools and measurements, able to follow drawings and written instructions, and capable of communicating problems effectively. A positive attitude, respect for coworkers, and pride in quality workmanship are essential.

This position provides an opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills, work with a variety of equipment and materials, and directly contribute to the finished products produced by Precision Filtration Products.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a dependable Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for preparing and processing inbound and outbound shipments, handling freight and small-parcel shipping, loading and unloading trucks, stocking and picking products, and helping maintain an organized warehouse.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Estimated Pay Range: $15.87–$18.65/hour
  • Pay Basis: Wages based on verifiable experience
  • Benefits: Company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 90 days
  • Retirement: SIMPLE IRA available after 90 days

As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will process LTL and FTL freight shipments, prepare Bills of Lading, and handle small-parcel shipments using UPS, FedEx, and specialized couriers. Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx ShipManager, and Bill of Lading processing is preferred.

Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, stocking and picking products throughout the warehouse, operating a forklift, and assisting with other tasks and general cleaning as needed.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and must pass a drug screening.

We are looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, safely handle warehouse and shipping responsibilities, and support the day-to-day operation of the shipping and receiving department.
